Our Story

In January of 2024 we unexpectedly lost our good friend Michael J Willis. Music was Mike's life from a very early age. He played piano, drums, guitar, bass, and just about anything else that made a sound.

In additional to being a great friend to so many, he was an incredibly loving father to his daughter and son. Mike introduced them to music well before they were even born and they became the love of his life.

Mike had recorded several records with various bands over the decades. The first released while still in high school. When Mike passed, he had a finished record that was yet to be released. That record, Mr Willis "The Circus" will be released posthumously on October 5th, 2024.

Mr Willis Music, Inc was founded to generate funding to help remove financial barriers for kids who wish to learn a musical instrument. In doing so, we hope to continue Mike's love for music and honor his legacy by ensuring more kids become musicians every single day.
